Contact channels: landline and mobile numbers, store address and city of operation.
Business records: orders, invoices, payments (online, bank receipts and cheques) and partnership requests.
Technical data: panel login logs, visited pages and session identifiers — for security and service improvement.

Registering and processing orders, issuing invoices, tracking deliveries and answering your requests.
Secure authentication in the customer, personnel and admin panels.
Improving distribution services, planning store visits and notifying you about orders and payments.
We never sell your data and never share it with third parties for advertising.

Payment gateways (e.g. ZarinPal, Tejarat Bank and Parsian): only the amount and transaction ID needed to complete the payment are sent.
Legal authorities: only when legally required and ordered by competent authorities.
In no other case is your data shared without your consent.

The site communicates over encrypted HTTPS; login sessions are protected with signed, time-limited tokens.
Data access is limited to authorized personnel by job role, and every access is logged.
Passwords and sensitive tokens are never stored in the browser or in logs.

We use essential cookies for panel login, language choice (Persian/English) and display mode (light/dark).
The site has no advertising cookies or third-party trackers.
