1. Our services
- Sahand Paylar Azerbaijan distributes wholesale food and hygiene products across Tabriz and the region.
- Website services include partnership requests, order tracking, customer and personnel panels, online payment and smart support.
2. Accounts and responsibilities
- Customer panel login uses your customer code and registered mobile number; personnel login uses national ID and organizational mobile.
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential; every activity under your account is your responsibility.
- If you notice a suspicious login, inform us immediately via the contact page.
3. Orders, pricing and stock
- Prices and stock may change without prior notice; the final price is the one on the confirmed invoice.
- An order becomes final after confirmation by our team; later changes are only possible in coordination with support.
4. Payment
- Online payments go through official gateways and the receipt is recorded in your panel.
- Bank-receipt and cheque payments are applied to your account after review and approval by the finance unit.
- In case of amount mismatch or banking errors, the finance unit follows up and refunds any difference.
5. Delivery and returns
- Orders are delivered under the regional distribution schedule, and the estimated delivery time is announced when the order is placed.
- Damaged goods or items conflicting with the invoice can be followed up for return or replacement within 48 hours of delivery with supporting evidence.
6. Fair use of the website
- Attempts to intrude, disrupt the service, extract data without authorization or use malicious bots are prohibited.
- Abusive content or anything violating the laws of the Islamic Republic of Iran in forms and chats is prohibited and leads to blocked access.
7. Intellectual property and liability
- The name, logo, texts and design of this site belong to Sahand Paylar Azerbaijan; commercial use without written permission is prohibited.
- For internet outages, banking disruptions or events beyond our control (force majeure), the company bears no liability for temporary delays — but we follow up with proactive communication.
